Renovated 1 bedroom apartment, near the port of Cannes in a quiet street full of charm.
The area of the beaches of the south is a very nice tourist sector of Cannes. It is located just after the old port, close to the city center and the Palais des Festivals. Its attractiveness is explained by the welcome and the diversity of the equipment and activities offered. There are private and public beaches, and good beach and seaside restaurants at affordable prices. You can also practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or parasailing.
It is ideal for delegates (8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for tourists (5 minutes walk to the beach).

Lägenheten var jättefin och modern. Allt var fräscht och bra utrustad. Det var väldigt centralt och nära både stränder och restauranger.

Vše proběhlo hladce a bez problémů. Ubytování mělo vše co bylo popsáno a jak je na fotkách. Jen trochu nepohodlná postel. Hodně měkká, ale to je subjektivní věc. Skvělé umístění kousek od moře a centra města. Trochu hlučnější ulice, ale se zavřenými okny bez problémů. Celkově poměr cena/kvalita super.

We had a great stay in Eden's apartment. It's just mintes away from the beautiful public beaches. It's also near the area with many of Cannes popular restutants. The apartment was nice and clean and had evereything we needed. The information from the host was good. We will defenitely visit Eden's apartment next time we are in Cannes.
Super Lage, sehr sauber, in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was man benötigt, moderne Einrichtung, gute Kommunikation. Wohnung ist in der second row direkt am Hafen. Das einzige Manko war der Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Verbesserungsvorschlag: zwei Schlüssel aushändigen - mit nur einem Schlüssel ist man leider ziemlich abhängig.

Great location , great Wifi bandwidth that was very useful for work. Only few a steps from the The Quays Pub's back door so no long walk home after a night cap ;-). Hope to use again in near future.
