The apartment is in a very nice street and has all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive to any queries that I had.

On the downside - You can see that the apartment is not new - On arrival all the windows were closed, there was a bad smell in the apartment. The balcony was not cleaned, dirty and in leaves. - No air conditioning in the bedroom. - I am 183 tall and my head rests in the bathroom, I have to bend down to wash. It is also not convenient to go to the toilet for men, also rested his head on the ledge - In the sleeping room, at night you can hear the hum from the neighbors' air conditioner, which runs all night long On the plus side - Fast internet, I was working remotely so it was good - There are several stores within 3-4 minutes walk - Everything you need for accommodation (cutlery, dishwasher, etc). More - Cannes center is 20-30 min walk - Penalties (if you don't throw away the trash after leaving, don't wash dishes and so on. Pour un court séjour, Éden nous a présenté un appartement spacieux, lumineux dans un quartier calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Tout correspondait à nos attentes et même plus : Personnalisation des lieux avec une décoration discrète et subtile. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et de qualité. Petite touche personnelle pour remercier l’équipe Immogroom. De l’accueil par Laura et Julie en passant par la réactivité de Charlotte aux petits soins des visiteurs.

Det er den gode leiligheten på fint området. Det er 12 minutter med føttene til kysten og 12 minutter med føttene til hoved shopping gate Antibes. Leiligheten innholder alt som det er behov. Den er ren, sengetøy er fin. Selve huset er veldig koselig.

Génial ! Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce logement absolument magnifique. Super bien situé, on est à seulement 10 min à pied de la plage de la Croisette. Commerces accessibles à 5 min à pied, tout est à côté. Appartement neuf, mobilier accueillant, superbe terrasse, de quoi ravir nos apéros ! Nous recommandons vivement ! Superbe expérience !

Bei dem Appartement in der Residence mitten im Parc Alexandre III handelt es sich um ein 2 Zimmer Appartment mit offener Wohnküche. Das Appartment ist vollständig für die Selbsversorgung eingerichtet und bietet einen geräumigen Balkon und zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Brasserien, ein Fleischer und ein Feinkostgeschäft. Mit dem Bus Nr. 21 kommt man schnell zum SNCF Hauptbahnhof von Cannes. Der Bus fährt allerdings nur zwei Mal die Stunde. Zum Strandabschnitt Zamenhof der Croisette geht es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bergab. Am Strand gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich für die Mittagszeit zu stärken. Direkt vor dem Appartment ist ein kleiner schattigen Parc mit Spielplatz. Wir haben zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder, den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Appartment anstandslos und gerne weiter.
