-a bedroom with two single beds (90X200) and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
-A kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine.
The apartment also has a mobile air conditioner available as well as a DYSON fan.
Of course, you will have free WiFi access, as well as all the necessary equipment to ensure your stay is comfortable: quality sheets and towels, iron and cloth board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop).
The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator.
There is also a parking space available.

It’s our second year in the same place and if possible next year we will be returning again. The host is very helpful and the house really nice and well located for us as it is far away from the confusion but not far to walk to the city center and beaches. We really like it.
Location was great 4 minutes walk to the beach and casino market. Cannes is very expensive it was nice to have a kitchen to make some meals. We loved the very large balcony. We spent a lot of time out there. The apt was very comfortable for two people. because we arrived late, we had to go to a lockbox away from the apartment. Might be a bit stressful for ppl who is not used to that but the taxi driver was amazing. She helped us with everything. We had to check out early however the response was great . Need better instructions on parking garage could notfind the entrance. Also, the Wi-Fi was an issue, but the Wi-Fi button was not turned on once we figured that out we had no other issues. The beach is amazing!!! to get to the beach You have to go through an underpass which takes approximately four minutes to walk. The train station is 15 mins walk. were able to go to antibes. The washing machine works great! large bathroom! The stove is two burners, small fridge European style.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und zentral, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an der Croisette, im Zentrum, am Hafen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett, die Concierge sehr freundlich. Eden reagiert schnell und freundlich auf Fragen und ist sehr bemüht bei jeglichen Problemen bestmöglich zu helfen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und hat einen großen Balkon.
We enjoyed staying in this apartment. The place is clean, private, cozy, it has everything you need. It has the best location, easy to get around. We loved it! Host was very helpful, providing recommendations and assistance online with many details. Thank you! We would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Cannes.

Great location. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The hosts were responsive and the place was spacious and clean.
Flott beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser, og stor balkong med morgensol. Kort vei ned til stranden og til det store supermarkedet.
