Gute Lage. Saubere und geräumige Wohnung für vier Personen. Möbel und Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
L’appartement est super bien situé. Il est spacieux : idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. L’appartement était propre et correspond aux photos. L’arrivée s’est passé sans problèmes. ( Il faut allé chercher les clés à l’agence de location qui se trouve à 5 minutes de l’appartement) Le gardien de l’immeuble est super gentil. Je recommande vivement cette appartement pour un séjour à Cannes.
La permanenza è stata molto positiva. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ordinato, pulito e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Ha un posto auto dedicato in un garage privato al chiuso, protetto da un cancello automatico. Per raggiungerlo c'è un ascensore, per chi avesse difficoltà a fare le scale a piedi. Inoltre la posizione a Cannes è molto comoda e centrale. Consigliato!
Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend und sehr gut gelegen zum Strand und Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert.

My experience in this appartment was pleasant. The property had a simple and functional design. The host was responsive and helpful when needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The location was decent, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Overall, it served its purpose well, and I had a decent stay.
This apartment is great for its excellent location - walkable to the beach, marina and central streets - and the off-street secure parking is a big plus point in busy central Cannes. The general standard and finishing of the property is also good. There is some vehicle noise on the balcony, but if you want to be downtown then that's realistic. The downside for us was that the aircon had broken (August is hot) and some amenities listed were not present (dishwasher, some basic kitchenware). Not a huge deal, but annoying. We did not want to spend short and valuable holiday time resolving these issues and found dealing with the partner's separate managing agency (multiple/conflicting points of contact) problematic. Other renters may not have any maintenance issues, in which case definitely consider this place for its location alone.

Dejlig lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Tæt på dejlig strand og let adgang til byen. To soveværelser med fin plads til 4 personer. Lidt slidt køkken og meget smal parkeringsplads. Super hjælpsom concierge. Vil klart anbefale til et ophold i Cannes.
