Parfait séjour
Lovely, spacious apartment in a perfect location. Good check in and check out time. Everything is in walking distance. Inevitable things like sugar, some oil and toilet paper should be on disposal. But we would definitely choose this apartment again.

Lovely apartment, amazing location. The apartment has new windows so the sounds from the street are almost not audible!
The apartment is great, spacious and comfortable, everything what is needed is there. The location is perfect! Beautiful and more silent part of the city and walkable to the city center in a few minutes. The access to the building works great and we appreciated that we could get the second set of keys. The only surprise was that the bathroom is a part of the bedroom, which was not the most convenient for sharing the apartment with colleagues. Other than that I would definitely recommend the stay here.
Great place to stay at while in Cannes. I've stayed in the building twice now and it's a great little apartment with a small grocery store close by and an amazing Italian restaurant at your doorstep. Walkable to everything in Cannes including the beach, train station, ferry, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to everything, just above a restaurant but soundproof enough, no issues with that. Very walkable to everything, in a fun area if town. NB - very hilly/ lots of stairs which was fine for us but may not be for others. Building does have elevator to get to unit. A few issues - garbage was left in the lobby, never picked up the whole time we were there (3 nights), sink and shower are in the bedroom area (toilet in a separate room), so can be awkward if using the hide a bed with people other than family. Note - hide a bed very comfortable. Also, extra charge for everything eg early check in, leave bags, etc. All in all, i would stay here again!
