Stayed here during Mipcom and couldn't have been better situated for ease of access to the Palais and Croisette. Immaculate inside, super spacious and amazing separation for each room, especially each having their own en-suite. Terrace was such a fab additional touch overlooking the port. Top place and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
The most incredible stay. The view was amazing, looking over the harbour at Cannes. The apartment was well appointed and set out brilliantly for our two families. The location was very central yet quiet. Would absolutely recommend.

Magnifique appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le port, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses toilettes ce qui est rare et confortable pour tout le monde. Très belle pièce de vie et petit balcon très agréable. Nous avons eu des instructions claires et un appel avant pour s’assurer que tout était ok. Seul bémol les rues sont très bruyantes ce qui est un peu compliqué pour les chambres du bas la nuit et les rideaux qui laissent passer pas mal de jour. Les chambres du haut étaient parfaites. Première fois dans un air bnb où le linge de lit, les serviettes et les salles de bain sont aussi propres. Merci pour ce séjour je recommande vraiment.
Better than the pictures show. We stayed a week. Its modern, whisper quiet, more spacious than the pictures show and exceptionally well designed. Only challenge is the management is slow to respond.

Simply stunning. The property was beautifully decorated and functional. The location was unbeatable, right opposite the yacht harbour in the centre of Cannes. A very special property. There is a knack to opening the door which took us a while to work out. You need to turn the key in the lock fully, then pull the door towards you and turn the key another quarter rotation which will open the door.
Perfekt leilighet for jentetur. Vi var 7 damer og med 4 soverom og ikke minst 4 bad ble det null venting på dusj og bad😍 Skikkelig fresh leilighet i gangavstand til det meste. Kan absolutt anbefale leiligheten til andre.

Vue à couper le souffle sur le vieux port en plein centre de Cannes. L’appartement est très lumineux et parfaitement agencé. Un endroit où on se sent vraiment bien. On n’ira plus au Martinez 😉
Wonderful space in the heart of Cannes. Location is the best, and the apartment felt clean and spacious. Our host was very responsive when we had questions.
The apartment was just gorgeous! Perfectly equipped with everything and more you will ever need for a short or long stay. Luxury feeling in all house, beautiful balcony and super central location. Check in and check out were very smooth. Can’t wait to be back!

The place was in an ideal location with a beautiful view of the port. Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset were amazing! Loved that it was central both to le suquet and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops! There is a market across the street that makes it super convenient (unfortunately they were closed for renovations during our stay). The place was spacious, open and minimalistic, making it very optimal and comfortable for our stay. Ease of finding and getting into the building was a bonus. Host was excellent at communicating check in and check out making it non-stressful. I also loved how they provided recommendations and services for new visitors (even though we didn’t utilize them). The only negatives would be that there was trash left in the bathroom 🙁 and desperately wished we had paper towels and hair conditioner. Higher quality linens would have been nice but despite these minor details, I would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again.
