Great location, near all main hotspots in Cannes. However, on the top of a hill and 3 flights of stairs to the flat. There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom. But everything was clean. If you are working from home, there is a school next door which is noisy and the lighting at night is poor in the flat. WiFi is also very slow. The agency was very friendly and responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Good place as described on the photos and great location, you can walk to many landmarks, it s nice. Also relatively quiet. A bit dusty in the bathroom and lack of answers when we asked for a spare key and detergent...

Angenehme Grösse, Gastgeber gut erreichbar, Lage ist toll! Die Wohnung war aber nicht sehr sauber, Dekorkissen riechten stark und waren offensichtlich nicht sauber. Als erstes muasste ich zum Supermakt um Abflussreiniger zu besorgen.. wir haben für knapp zwei Wochen gebucht. Da ist es mal nötig einen kleinen Putz zu erledigen, doch es hat weder irgend ein Putzmittel, noch Lappen noch ein funktionstüchtiges Küchentuch. Die Abwaschmaschine funktioniert, aber wäscht absolut nicht sauber. Folglich, war das Geschirr auch nicht sauber. Daher eher für Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen, oder alles selber mitbringen. Allles in allem eine gute Unterkunft an guter Lage aber die Sauberkeit und paar zweckmässige Utensilien fehlen.

Perfect location and really great apartment. Please be aware that there is no space in the partaking and cars are double parked or you will not find the parking at all in the evening.

Great apartment in a fantastic location close to the main streets, shops, restaurants, and beaches! Good value for money! The apartment was also clean and nice. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with stairs only and no elevator. We didn't mind, but you might keep this in mind or need this information. I was disappointed with the communication by the host...We had to ask and urge the host on the day of our arrival in order to get our key box lock number. Also, we paid a ridiculous 150 € "cleaning fee" but received a number of tasks to do/clean before leaving anyway - such as washing dishes/loading the dishwasher, taking out the garbage, etc...For such a high cleaning fee, that is definitely over the average price, we really didn't expect this.

The apartment is located over the road from the old towns where you can enjoy a lot of cafes and shops and the beach. The parking place is small, so you can be easily blocked by other cars. Once it took us an hour to ger out of the place because the neighbor who blocked us, didn't leave his phone number. The building is a bit old, so you can hear some noise (when someone slams the front door or uses the stairs) but for us it wasn't the issue. I really enjoyed the kitchen as it was very functional (stove and oven, dishwasher). You can find everything what you need for cooking.

Good flat. Excellent location - 15 minutes to the station, 10 to the embankment, 5 minutes to the market and the old town. An additional bonus is the possibility of parking in the yard. The apartment is spacious, three people can be accommodated without problems and can pass through without jostling). There is everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable pillows, good towels. There are no downsides. I definitely recommend it.

Great apartment right next to Cannes old town. Amazing location, great view from the living room window, nice balcony with a bar table equally great for the morning coffee, day work or evening glass of wine with a view, five minutes walk to marina. The apartment is freshly refurbished, nice modern design, new stylish kitchen, everything you may wish for. Great for one or two, maybe a bit tight for four people. Landline Wi-Fi is dead slow, so better rent a 4G/5G router from owner or rely on your mobile data as we did. Highly recommended
