First of all the view is incredible and the apartment has fantastic natural light. For me, this absolutely made it worth while to walk a little bit farther out of the center and up a hill 😉 The window essentially functions as a terrace as its possible to pull chairs right up to it. I stayed for Cannes Series and it was about a 20 min walk right into the central area by the palais, which is definitley manageable. The apartment itself is clearly a rental apartment and does have some wear and tear, however, its very well equipped, the bed is super comfortable, and the layout is great so I was very happy with it. The Nespresso machine was frequently used and the big desk/table space was great. The agency (especially Stefanie) were fantastic helping me check in and get organized. I would absolutely recommend this apartment 🙂

Appartement fonctionnel avec vue mer à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Cannes avec parking sécurisé. Une remise des clés facilitée et une équipe réactive en cas de question. Que demander de plus ? Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
This place was a great base for our roadtrip to the French Riviera. The washing machine and the ability to cook our own food in the kitchen certainly helped with our budget! The place certainly looks bigger on the pictures than it does in real life, but the price means it’s great value for money. The only thing this place was missing was air conditioning which is definitely necessary in August! Overall, a pleasant stay.
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation und Check-in liefen reibungslos ab. Auch die Lage war wunderbar, alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und trotzdem etwas vom Zentrum gelegen. Mit Privaten Parkplatz inklusive. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war der etwas unangenehme Geruch in der separaten Toilette und der sehr geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft trotzdem gerne weiter und würden wieder kommen.
great location. very close to the central point and the sea. beautiful quiet area. a street with very nice restaurants is a 5-7 minute walk away. and an incredible view from the window. enjoyed it every day.
Lovely studio with a great view, staid here during the Cannes Film Festival it was less than a 20 minute walking distance from the main festival area - it was perfect! Quiet and lovely neighbourhood 🙂
I booked Cynthia's apartment for a long-term stay, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment is very well-equipped; you have everything you need. It's a 10-minute walk to the center, marché Forville, and great restaurants. The view is lovely, the neighborhood is very quiet, and parking is also great if you have a car. I highly recommend this stay, and I would definitely come again.
Мы отлично провели 5 недель в квартире . Абсолютно могу рекомендовать апартаменты . Хорошее общение с хостом . В квартире есть все для длительного проживания в Каннах . Мы чувствовали себя как дома . ☺️ Единственное надо учитывать что апартаменты находятся на возвышенности поэтому бесплатный спорт зал входит в стоимость аренды ))
