The Boulevard Carnot is one of the main arteries of Cannes which allows to go in a few minutes as well in the city center, than to join the highway and to discover other emblematic places of the Côte d'Azur (Mougins, Grasse hinterland, Nice, Monaco, etc.). This boulevard is also characterized by its architectural richness.

It is ideal for delegates (15 minutes by walk from the Palais des Festivals), as well as for tourists (15 minutes walk from the beaches).

This is the famous "house with a clock", great location, shops nearby, train station, not far from the sea. Great view from the window. There is everything you need for living.
