Close to the boulevard Carnot and 7 minutes walk from the center of Cannes, this 3 room apartment in a historical bourgeois residence, renovated with high ceilings and panoramic French windows, is quiet, except for the charming sound of birds and crickets.

It is composed of a large and bright living room with sea view, 2 bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms with hill view. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this airy and bright apartment also has a common parking space in a secure residence with electric gate.
This small haven of peace of 100 m² has wide open views overlooking the beautiful palm trees and pines of the Residence and the sea and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is ideally located in the Saint Nicolas district, which includes some of the most important places in Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 6 min by car, 10 min by bus and 11 min by foot.
- Beaches: 5 min by car, 12 min by bus and 13 min by foot.
- Supermarket : 4 min by car, 11 min by bus and 15 min by foot.
- Restaurants / bars : 3 min by car, 4 to 10 min by foot
- Cannes train station : 7 min by foot
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection and air conditioning in the living room.

We had a beautiful stay in the apartment!the house looks exactly like the pictures! It is very closed to La Croisette, 10 minutes walking only!we really enjoy our stay! The agency is fast responding and very helpful, we forgot a phone in the house after the checkout and they come and help straight away.
Nice location with parking in privet and locked area, apartment is large and spacious and nicely decorated. It has nice views of palm trees, city and sea. Peaceful, quiet and safe place - would definitely recommend.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Cannes mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders positiv war auch die geräumige Küche mit dem tollen Kühlschrank. Einige Punkte sollten jedoch noch verbessert werden: Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimal (nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne), das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab – ein Problem, das wohl auch schon in früheren Rezensionen erwähnt wurde. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft weniger geeignet, da Nachbarn selbst bei sehr ruhigem Verhalten empfindlich reagieren. Abgesehen davon bleibt es aber eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit grossartiger Lage und traumhaftem Ausblick – ideal für Paare oder Reisende ohne Kinder.

Our stay was very nice. We travelled by our own car and the benefit was that the building has got own parking spots, there was always something avaliable. The appartment was very clean and fresh. It looked exactly like on the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the window was lovely (in the morning and in the evening as well when the moon was mirrored in the water). Each morning we were woken up by the cicadas (beginning of July). We've faced some technical problems with AC but the host responded very quickly to our message and managed to fix it within one day, which I considered as a very big benefit! The building was equipped with nice and old elevator, which can give you a taste of the belle epoque. Surrounding of the building could be managed little better, this is the only thing that may be considered as something to be improved. In total: I recommend. br Tomas
