Absolutely beautiful space, very well located. Really unique design open plan living / kitchen area. One warning - keep windows throughout the property closed, as there is quite a big problem with mosquitos!
The location is simply magnificent. A quiet and peaceful place, yet close to charming restaurants, cozy cafés, shops, and a wonderful market where fresh produce is always available. The building itself is stunning. The entrance evokes the grandeur of a theater, with its luxurious walls adorned with elaborate stucco, sculptures, and a gracefully beautiful wrought-iron staircase. The spacious penthouse, with its high ceilings, beautifully complements the white wooden beams above. The ceiling’s double height creates a lovely sense of comfort. The kitchen is cozy and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. There are three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, blankets, and pillows, and each has its own shower. The apartment is warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. We will definitely return.
