A parking space is at your disposal in the residence's parking lot.
Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the access to the beaches of the Midi, your apartment, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view overlooking the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between calmness of the suburbs and almost immediate proximity to the city center.
Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 15/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay!
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity to the must-sees of Cannes, you will have at your disposal

Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the regulated access to the swimming pool, which will be done only by wearing a bracelet provided in your apartment, and the use of the sunbeds, considered as an extra, at a cost of 8€/day or 5€ per half day.
According to the prerogatives of the syndic of the residence, we will have the regret to charge 50€ for any loss or theft of access bracelets, and count on the understanding of our kind customers.

Very beautiful apartment with beautiful view of sea

Grundsätzlich erhält man hier ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings trüben einige Dinge den Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist am Hang, dass heißt man sollte gut zu Fuß sein oder das Auto bemühen. Wer zum Strand oder in eine Restaurant l will, muss ca. 20 Minuten zügiges Gehen einplanen. Zurück dauert es gern mal etwas länger. Die Anlage wirbt mit einer Restauration vor ort. Diese war geschlossen oder existiert nicht mehr. Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Blick ist 🤩. Leider ist er nicht beheizt. Ende September also mehr zum Sport machen als zum Baden, für Erwachsene aber sicher in Ordnung. Mein persönlich größtes Problem war das nicht wirklich funktionsfähige Internet. Die Verbindung war zwar konstant vorhandeln, aber so langsam, dass nicht mal normales surfen möglich war. Da ich im Management arbeitete und in meinem Urlaub gelegentlich etwas Arbeit einstreuen muss, war das ein echtes Problem und ich musste auf mobile Daten zurückgreifen, ärgerlich. Gastgeber leider wenig hilfsbereit.
Vieta puiki, pasiekiama tiek pėsčiomis tiek automobiliu, paplūdimys už 20 min pėstute. Baseinas puikus, prižiūrimas. Apartamentai geri, bet reikalinga virtuvės renovacija, trūko šiukšlių maišų. Iš terasos vaizdas į jūrą ir Kanus, terasa puiki. Apartamentuose gyveno 2 suaugę, 2 vaikai, vietos pakanka. Vasaros metu nereikalingos storos antklodės 🙂
Die schöne ist Wohnung ist super gelegen mit Meerblick und nah zu dem schönen Infinity Pool. Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren beiden Kindern 3 u 6J dort und sie wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Das Hochbett und der Pool haben ihren am besten gefallen 🙂

Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt. Et lite å stykke å gå inn til sentrum av Cannes, men funket å bestille Uber. Absolutt verdt pengene og perfekt for en familie på fire🤩

It is a beautiful and safe location, just a short distance from the beach and the center. A bus stop is nearby, and the accommodation offers a stunning view. The pool was great, and there was a fantastic view of the sea. The people in the complex were pleasant and friendly. It is a beautiful location, and I would love to come back. Thank you.

En général tout était super. Les indications pour l’entrée au parking n’était pas les bonnes, donc une chance qu’il y avait d’autres résidents sur place pour nous aider car le code fournit ne fonctionnait plus. Moins : aucun sac poubelle supplémentaire et papier hygiénique en très petite quantitée pour un séjour de 10jours. Nous avons du en acheter! Sinon, c’était réellement comme les photos et l’endroit était propre et confortable. La petite cuisinette est bien équipée pour des repas simples La piscine est super avec une vue magnifique!!!
