This magnificent studio of 20mÂČ, at 1min walk from the beaches is very well arranged and ideally located.
The district of the beaches of the South is a very pleasant tourist sector of Cannes. It is located just after the old port, a few steps from downtown and the Palais des Festivals. Its attractiveness is explained by the welcome and the diversity of the proposed equipments and activities. There are private and public beaches, and good beach and seaside restaurants at affordable prices. You can also practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or parasailing.
The neighborhood is lively and vibrant, which can occasionally lead to noise pollution. We therefore advise you to take this into account before your stay.
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity with the inescapable of Cannes, you will have of :

Beautiful sea view and perfect location. There are nice free beaches nearby and harbour is also very close (easy to visit St. Marguerite Island). Everything is conveniently within a short walking distance. The communication was pleasant and we received answers to our questions quickly. Overall, we had a very nice holiday in Cannes, many thanks to the Immogroom team.

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour ! Appartement au top, trÚs propre, trÚs moderne avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le gros point positif est la terrasse avec sa vue panoramique directement sur la mer ! L'emplacement est idéal avec la plage juste en face, de nombreux restaurants à proximité et le centre de La Croisette à quelques pas seulement. Pas besoin de toucher le véhicule. Je recommande à 100% et pense y retourner !

everything was perfect
trÚs bon séjour, bien placé avec une plage juste à cÎté et bien profité. les seuls inconvénients dépendent de la période estivale : difficultés pour se garer en août car pas de parking. le soir bruyant mais on est à cannes en août on s y fait. belle appartement bien entretenu.
The property was in an amazing location and the view was beautiful! The photos make the property look more well maintained than in reality, there were a lot of marks on the walls and stains on the ceiling. One of the lamps did not work and the safe didnât work either. The toilet flush was also broken. Would have been great to have additional pillows, to sit comfortably in bed to watch television. Also, we only had 1 glass each and minimal crockery, which made it very difficult to use the kitchen facilities. Overall great stay, the air on system was really effective and the agency came round promptly to help with any issues we had. Thank you!
