Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the access to the beaches of the Midi, your accommodation, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view over the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between calmness of the suburbs and almost immediate proximity of the city center.
Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 05/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay!
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity to the must-sees of Cannes, you will have at your disposal
Palais des festivals: 10 min by taxi/car and 20 min by bus
Beaches: 4 min by taxi/car and 18 min by bus

The apartment will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has air conditioning on both floors and wifi.

Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the regulated access to the swimming pool, which will be done only by wearing a bracelet provided in your accommodation, and the use of the sunbeds, considered as an extra, at a cost of 8€/day or 5€ for half a day.
According to the prerogatives of the syndic of the residence, we will have the regret to charge 50€ for any loss or theft of access bracelets, and count on the understanding of our kind customers.

Apartamento acogedor y bien acondicionado para nuestra estancia de una semana. Echaremos de menos las preciosas vistas desde las dos terrazas. Lo único malo fue la habitación de las literas, que además de ser demasiado pequeña, tiene una estantería en la pared en la litera inferior, que la hace aún más pequeña e impide girar sin golpearse. Además esa habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. La zona de la piscina muy bien, salvo por el personal de seguridad, poco amable. Más que socorristas, parecen porteros de discoteca. Que el bar estuviera cerrado tampoco fue bueno. Poder tomar algo cerca de la piscina hubiera sido maravilloso 😎
Ne-am simțit că acasă. Check-in și check out foarte ușoare. Foarte curat, și foarte bine întreținut. Cu siguranță vom reveni.
It was a great apartment with the most beautiful view. It was very nice and felt like home. Cannes Francia feels like home and we love to come there.
We came for Cannes film festival and the apartment was a perfect place to stay. A 30/40 minute walk along the sea front was wonderful and the complex had tennis courts and a swimming pool. Very helpful with an early check in and holding our bags for the day before our flight. A lovely place to stay!!
Wir hatten einen grandiosen Blick vom Appartement und eine schöne Zeit!
The location is very good (at least it you have a car). Also the place was very clean. If you are visiting with car, then during check-out you need to leave the parking using the key and then go back to drop the keys at the table! This is something which felt a bit of a hassle, as the room where we stayed was not accessible by the lift near the reception! Apart from this, all other instructions were well informed before-hand!

The flat itself was in a great location and we had amazing views of the sea! Everything worked as expected but it was a little dirty on the floors when we arrived with dust / grit and the sofa was full of bits. Nothing to do with the owners of the flat either but the swimming pool on site was filthy! Dark bits floating in it and hair on the bottom every time we went in so we avoided it after 2 swims! Otherwise - the flat was spacious enough, we had Wi-Fi and all we could need for 5 nights.

Appartement sympa, dans une belle résidence calme et très bien située dans Cannes. J’ai passé un très bon séjour! Et la vue est juste exceptionnelle !!! Juste deux tout petits commentaires personnels, l’appartement mériterait quelques rafraîchissements, même si globalement il est bien et la literie est top. Mon second commentaire est que tout est payant, de la réception des clés, en passant par la chaise bébé ou autres équipements, remise des clés, descente des poubelles … bref, si on sort de la location standard l’addition peut vite être salée 😅
