Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the regulated access to the swimming pool, which will be done only by wearing a bracelet provided in your accommodation, and the use of the sunbeds, considered as an extra, at a cost of 8€/day or 5€ per half-day.
According to the residence's trustee, we will have the regret to charge 50€ for any loss or theft of access bracelets, and count on the understanding of our kind customers

Beautiful place to spend time with family
Logement agréable avec sa magnifique vue mer. Très bel immeuble avec garage en sous-sol appréciable. Non loin de la plage.

Le logement est agréable, mais il y a malheureusement plusieurs points négatifs à signaler. Le mobilier est assez vieillot, ce qui donne une ambiance un peu dépassée à l'ensemble. De plus, il y avait beaucoup de poussière à notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour moins confortable. Enfin, la chasse d'eau est très fragile et difficile à utiliser correctement. Avec quelques améliorations, ce lieu pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances la vue de la terrasse de la maison est magnifique mais le mobilier est vieux.ce n'était pas important pour nous.car nous avons passé 3 jours à cannes nice,monaca maison était pour nous pour le petit déjeuner le matin, la douche et le sommeil le soir. Ensuite il est très proche de la plage du midi et nous avons profité de cette opportunité😊Of course😊Nous avons utilisé la piscine un jour sauf moi😐So naturally it was a nice holiday for us.Merci Eden❤

Great stay. Loved the beautiful terrace. the apartment was clean with white cotton linens and towels.
Woww , logement parfait pour notre famille 2 adultes/2 ados , les lits sont vraiment confo et tout y est pour un séjours parfait ! Logement avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et la piscine à débordement , prendre nos repas sur cette terrasse à été notre coup de cœur ! Le soir on voit même les feux d’artifice de Cannes sur notre terrasse . la plage est à 10 minutes à pieds mais la côte est très abrupte au retour… *Intermarché est a 7 minutes en voiture *La Croisette est à 10 minutes *Laveuse/sécheuse dans l’immeuble à 6€ *Parking vraiment très très sécuritaire *air climatisé au salon Nous avons rien payé pour les transats à la piscine mais à notre départ il commençait à charger pour la haute saisons 5-10€ par transat Je vous recommande cette airbnb , pour nous il a été juste parfait et l’hôte a répondu à nos attentes et a été très proactive lors de nos communications ! Allez y .. Bon séjour !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kompletter Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Wir waren im September in der Nachsaison. Es war ruhig und es gab immer genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Das Highlight war auf jeden Fall die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Meerblick. Internetverbindung war stabil und schnell. Fragen wurden immer schnell über den Chat beantwortet. Gerne wieder, danke.
