Ideally located halfway between the Palais des Festivals and the beaches access, your accommodation, nestled in the area of La Croix des Gardes, known for its view overlooking the bay of Cannes, will find the right balance between calmness of the suburbs and almost immediate proximity of the city center.
Enjoying a setting conducive to relaxation, the various activities offered such as the presence of a tennis court, an infinity pool with a view of the sea open continuously from 05/04 to 06/11, as well as a playground dedicated to the youngest will be your best allies in the excellent progress of your stay!
Taking advantage of a privileged location offering a proximity to the must-sees of Cannes, you will have at your disposal
Palais des festivals: 10 min by taxi/car and 20 min by bus
Beaches: 4 min by taxi/car and 18 min by bus
Supermarket : 5 min by taxi/car
Restaurants / bar: 3 min by car and 13 min by foot
The apartment is equipped with :

Nevertheless, we would like to draw your attention to the regulated access to the swimming pool, which will be done only by wearing a bracelet provided in your accommodation, and the use of the sunbeds, considered as an extra, at a cost of 8€/day or 5€ per half-day.
According to the residence’s trustee, we will have the regret to charge 50€ for any loss or theft of access bracelets, and count on the understanding of our kind customers.

Alles sehr gut! Wir waren zum 3 Mal schon dort. Gerne wieder!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était nickel rien à dire, l’accès à la belle piscine nous a vraiment plus, c’est une résidence calme. La splendide vue qui rajoute un plus au logement ! La mer est à seulement 400 m à pieds. Tout était parfait rien à dire ! Le seul petit point sur lequel nous pourrions appuyer c’est la difficulté pour se garer pour aller récupérer les clefs à l’agence ainsi que la serrure du logement qui je pense est montée à l’envers ce qui nous a fait réfléchir un bon moment avant de réussir à rentrer nous avons même dû demander de l’aide à un autre résident. Malgré ce tout petit désagrément nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses ! Merci !
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und der Einkaufsservice war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit Grégory war super, Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Bemängeln würden wir tatsächlich nur, dass es keine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche gab (der Geruch von Essen staut sich daher sehr). Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and fresh apartment. It was easy and convenient with the nearby parking garage. We loved the spacious shower and nice decoration/design all over. There is a nice pool area which was clean and spacious. Nice views from both the apartment, surroundings and from the pool. A pleasant surprise, was a visit from a mobile pizza-pick up three nights a week. The only wish would be that the bed would be a little bit more comfortable/softer. We recommend this place for coupes or the small family. Thanks a lot!
Gregory was really helpful and very responsive. The place was really kids friendly. It is recommended to have a car. The place was clean and well maintained. Two towels had red spot and should be replaced. Overall we were really happy of our stay. The only inconvenience is to pickup and drop the key at a different location. Wondering why they don’t have a key box at the location. Anyway I was there with my two daughters and they really enjoyed the location. Pool was really nice but water was a bit too cold.
Ok for the price, but for America standards is extremely small. Good for two people, not more. There was no space for a suitcase. However it is all new, well equipped, and good taste in decoration.
Appartement propre et agréable, joliment décoré correctement équipé, confortable pour 2 personnes Emplacement au calme Seul bémol à bien avoir en tête: les clés à aller chercher à la conciergerie assez éloignée (10 mn en bus) à partir de 16h et pas avant ! toutes autres options... payantes : récupérer les clés un peu plus tôt ? payant ! récupérer les clés sur place ? payant !...bref, un drôle de service client...
Appartement très propre et confortable
Appartement fonctionnel, grande douche, la seule chose pas de machine à laver, mais il y’a une laverie dans la résidence. La vue est sublime , et la piscine incroyable. Très bien pour deux personnes. 8min en voiture pour être sur la Croisette. Content de notre séjour.
A great place to stay if you want to explore Cannes and surroundings. Easy to reach the city through bus or train (or Uber). The complex is a little hard to navigate at first but you will get used to it fast. The Pool is very nice and has fantastic view on the bay
Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad. Er was veel meer kast ruimte dan we dachten en het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was prachtig. Cannes stad, het strand en de supermarkt waren allemaal op 5 min rijden. Het is wel makkelijker denk ik om een auto te hebben. Het zwembad was op 1 min wandelen op het domein en was super groot en ook met een prachtig uitzicht. Bedankt om ons verblijf top te maken.
Un seul mot, merci. Mais les instructions de départ n’étaient pas claires. Aussi, laisser un petit mot de bienvenue à vos hôtes sur la table seraient très chouette dans la mesure où il arrive et ne vous voit pratiquement pas jusqu’à son départ.
