Booked this apartment only a few days before when the apartment I had booked 6 months before was cancelled by the host! I was wary, as this apartment was new to airbnb and had no reviews. I contacted the agency and was impressed with the speed of their response and their friendliness. Also it was an agency based in Cannes in case of any issues, so I decided to go for it. I was glad I had - a very nice, modern apartment with stunning views. The main bed was very comfortable. The second room is more sparsely decorated with two single beds. It's very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. One downside was that we had to pick up the keys from a lockbox which is not at the property - it's about 10 minutes walk from Cannes station. If you have a car, no problem,. I believe the agency will meet you at the property with keys for a small addtional fee. The balcony is the star of the show - spacious and with stunning views! We will return.
Better than the pictures. Had 3 guests and we all had our own private space. View never gets old and it was easy to cook what we wanted with the pots provided.
The apartment was lovely, spacious and just what we needed. Amazing location and few minutes drive to Cannes town. It was everything Cynthia described and more. Absolutely stunning sea views and a few minutes walk to the local beach.

Vue magnifique , appartement lumineux . Seul hic ascenseur qui est tombé en panne le premier jour , ensuite réparé , et nous y sommes restés bloqués par une forte chaleur. Donc monter 4 étages à pied tout le temps est épuisant. C’est vraiment le seul point négatif du séjour.
O Apto é confortável, muito bem localizado com uma excelente varanda com uma belíssima vista. Fui ao Festival de Cinema e podia ir a pé ao Palais em 25 minutos ou de autocarro em apenas 8 minutos. Muito prático e simples. Praia a 3 minutos a pé e um excelente restaurante/brunch quase em frente Cafe Pico. Apto bem equipado com itens de cozinha, TV com Netflix e toalhas extras, porém com WI FI muito fraco, não tinha sinal na varanda e se o quarto onde estava localizado o router estivesse com a porta fechada não havia sinal de WI FI em todo o apto. As camas são confortáveis e tudo estava bastante limpo. As instruções são bem claras e a comunicação foi eficiente e rápida. Tudo bem profissional. Agradeço a Cynthia pela estádia confortável e sem maiores problemas.
