The apartment will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has reversible air-conditioning in all the rooms of the apartment and wifi.

- Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (90), currently set as a single bed but the mattresses can be brought together to make a double bed.
- Bathroom 1 : bathtub + double washbasin
- Room 2 : 1 single bed (90cm) + access to the bathroom 2 (shower)
- Room 3 : 2 single beds (90 cm), currently used as a single bed but the mattresses can be moved closer together to make a double bed + chest of drawers + access to the bathroom 3 (shower)
- Mezzanine : Quiet corner + bench + Tv
- Equipment : wifi + iron and ironing board + hair dryer
- Additional information : 3rd floor without elevator

Appartement très bien placé
Really good location, great view and accommodation. Messages, instructions and ongoing questions all dealt with promptly.
This apartment was amazing. It is bigger than we expected and easier access to the Palais than expected. The views are best I have had in Cannes. It was clean and modern and all amenities worked. 3 showers, 2 toilets, 2 seperate lounge areas - perfect for 5 adults. We will definitely book this one again next year. For those who complain about access to the key, it is literally only a 5 minute walk to the apartment from the office - do your homework in advance to get familiar with the lanes to take to get there easily. They even stored our luggage before we left for the airport so that we could have one more Cannes lunch.
Appartement conforme aux photos. Très bien situé au dessus du vieux port. Très belle vue. Tout est accessible à pieds. Bien équipé et fonctionnel, avec une douche par chambre. La climatisation permet de fermer les fenêtres la nuit pour le bruit car c'est au cœur du centre ville.
Lovely flat with plenty of facilities and close by to shops and the centre of town. On the edge of the Cannes old town so there’s easy access to that as well. Beautiful view from the living room. Hot water tank can take a long time to refill if the hot water for showers is all used up is the only downside.
先说说优点吧： 1、客厅窗外的风光非常非常棒，没有任何视线遮挡，可以看到海滨大道、戛纳电影宫和游艇码头。 2、我甚至觉得Cynthia需要更新一下房屋的照片，因为公寓实际比照片更美，更舒适。 3、房子在半山腰，实际上是戛纳“老城区”的核心位置，山下和山上都有很棒的餐厅。特别是山上，既是旅游景点，又是地道的居民社区，走走逛逛，吃吃喝喝，都很舒服。 再说说缺点吧：（也就一个缺点啦，哈哈） 1、公寓所在的街道其实是在半山腰，Uber或是Taxi，都无法把客人直接送到公寓门口。必须爬坡，爬楼梯。对于行李多，或是行李沉的客人而言，真的不是很友好。我这次出差带了三个大号旅行箱，一共有65公斤，司机只能把我送到山下。如果没有路人的帮忙，很难顺利入住。

Bonjour, L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Une belle vue sur le vieux port. Petit bémol est sur l’accessibilité à l’appartement qui ne peut pas se faire en voiture. Il y a une grande côte à monter et environ 80 marches, lorsque que nous avons des valises lourdes etc c’est très lourd et compliqué. Pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble. Cela devrait être ajouté dans la description. Belle soirée Anaïs

Appartement atypique remis à neuf au dernier étage d’un immeuble ancien et situé dans le vieux Cannes.
The location was great. There were a lot of things to do and great restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. We also enjoyed an amazing firework show from the windows of the apartment.

The apartment overlooks the Cannes dock, which is a fantastic view. The location is spot-on, right next to bars, restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The space itself is generous and came with all the listed amenities. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which we really appreciated. The only downside: the place was very dusty. No matter how much we cleaned, the dust kept coming back. We ended up keeping our shoes on indoors most of the time. With that being said, overall a great stay in a prime location
