Die Wohnung verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse auf welcher man gemütlich speisen kann. Ein kleiner Garten grenzt daran. Parkplätze findet man direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß durch die Altstadt 1200 Meter, zu Restaurants und Geschäften nicht einmal so weit - alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen. Echt tolle Lage mit schönem Ausblick.

Beautiful bright space with a lovely living room, high ceilings, big windows and a fantastic outdoor patio / terrace. Comfortable bed and sufficient storage in the bedrooms. We had 4 adults staying and it didn't feel too cramped. Things to consider as minor annoyances: fairly loud neighbors where you can hear a lot of their conversations and sometimes late into the evening. Also a moderately loud (but tolerable) road nearby - especially in mornings. The host agency did not provide sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner and somewhat limited toilet paper. This may be the norm in France, but are things we provide as AirBnB hosts ourselves. So just come prepared for that. Also know that you'll need to take out the trash & recycling to a place a block away. This was unusual for us, but I think just culturally normal for Cannes. Still, would recommend and stay there again!

Amazing stay at this unique and charming apartment. You actually feel that you live in a small villa not in the apartment because of the charming design and huge terrace and yard. Bedding are great, view is spectacular especially sunsets and sunrise. Host is very responsive. The location is on the hill but this is what giving you an amazing view and kind of privacy but it’s just 7 mins walk from the city center like Cannes port and Marché Forville. highly recommended!!!

Tres chouette appartement avec terrasse et jardinet. On s'y sent chez soi des qu'on rentre dans la piece de vie. Dans l'annonce, manque le plan de l'appart pour voir la disposition des chambre (qui est tres bien) ca peut etre important. Seul bemol, mais on a toujours ce problème en pleine ville, exterieur un peu bruyant malgrès un rue plustot calme. Amelioration possible (on peut toujours essayer de se rapprocher de la perfection): Revoir l'agencement des meubles dans la chambre a coté de la cuisine pour avoir une impression de plus de place...ne pas mettre le lit entre la porte et la fenetre mais contre le mur a gauche en entrant

Ottima organizzazione sia per il check-in che per il check-out. Abbiamo scelto la soluzione self check-in, abbiamo ricevuto informazioni precise e supportate da 2 video tutorial. Pulizia , bella location leggermente fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile in 10 minuti di passaggiata, descrizione dell'appartamento coerente al 100% alle immagini che trovate pubblicate. Terrazza e giardino perfetti per noi avendo un cane. Esperienza molto positiva, consiglio fortemente questa soluzione come affidarsi ai ragazzi di Immogrom. Grazie ancora. Federico

Beautiful space with amazing views and a lovely and large backyard. Has everything we needed. Control of heating was easy. The hosting agency is very responsive and their office is nearby. We were surprised to only get 1 set of keys for the house, but after reaching out to the agency we were able to quickly pick up a 2nd set. Check-in is not the easiest. You need to go by the agency where there is a dropbox to pick up keys. It is maybe a 10 minute walk from the house. You should be aware that this house is on a large hill and so you will get a good workout going back and forth from the city center or train station. There are many pedestrianized staircases which help.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Cannes, and it’s definitely one of my favorites so far! The apartment is thoughtfully designed, with a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at ease the moment you walk in. It’s impeccably well-equipped with every necessity, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The small garden was a real gem, peaceful and private and our dog absolutely loved having space to roam and relax. The location is fantastic: secluded and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still just a short distance from all the main attractions and beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and attentive to every detail, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming space in Cannes.

It was exactly as advertised. We made use of the space and all the amenities. For families that walk with little kids or buggies, it is long and hard, but there is a no.2 bus straight into town. It stops at Cannes train station.

Logement très agréable, bien décoré, bien équipé avec une terrasse et un petit jardin très appréciables notamment avec des chiens. Localisation parfaite : au calme, à seulement 15/20minutes à pieds du centre de Cannes, de la plage et de l'embarquadèe pour les îles de Lerins. L'ajout d'un petit store occultant dans la chambre sur la 2ème fenêtre serait un plus ainsi que le changement du brise vue du jardin qui est bien abîmé et ne protège plus trop des regards des passants qui sont, heureusement, peu nombreux. A noter qu'un coq est présent dans le jardin des voisins en contre bas; il chante chaque matin dès 7h, il est bon de le savoir (en ce qui me concerne, je ne trouve pas cela dérangeant mais ...). Enfin, en saison, le stationnement dans la rue s'est révélé très très compliqué chaque soir... mais pas impossible avec de la patience et un peu de marche! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement si nous en avons l'occasion!

Cette location était parfaite pour notre famille à tout point de vue: Son emplacement à 15 minutes à pied de tout (plage, casino, gare). L'espace, la décoration, l'équipement très fonctionnel et très bien pensé, la jardin spacieux et bien équipé. Le service aussi était parfait car l'agence qui s'occupe de la location se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds et répond rapidement aux questions. Il faut juste savoir deux choses qui ne paraissent pas forcément dans l'annonce: 1- On est dans des rues avec de fortes montées. 2- Le jardin n'est pas occulté de la rue, on est donc visible par les passants (ce qui ne nous a pas gêné, d'autant plus que la rue n'est pas très passante. On essayera certainement de louer le même logement l'année prochaine.

Très bon logement, conforme aux descriptions, très bien placé a 10min a pied du marché. Le gros plus est que l'appartement est très pratique, avec tous les équipements qu'il faut, très propre avec un bon salon et une belle terrasse jardin. la literie est excellente, voir peut être à proposer des coussins plus durs. tout le matériel était à disposition et Cynthia était très reactive. nous reviendrons.
