The outside areas (garden, swimming pool, plancha with outdoor table and petanque area) are of course accessible and will be shared with the owners.

The property benefits from a wealth of cultural attractions, thanks to its location close to museums (Musée national Pablo Picasso, Musée des explorations du monde, Musée Bonnard, Musée d'Art Classique de Mougins, Musée Chapelle Bellini, Écomusée sous-marin etc.).
