The space

Located in the lower Croix des Gardes area, this villa enjoys a peaceful residential environment while remaining close to the beaches and the center of Cannes.

This 200 m² property welcomes up to eight guests and includes both the main villa and an independent studio.

The living room offers a bright space with sofa, TV, dining area and views over the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Three bedrooms are located in the main house, with double beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms complete the layout.

An independent studio provides additional privacy with its own kitchen, bedroom and air conditioning.

Outside, the landscaped garden surrounds the private swimming pool, offering several areas to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The beaches can be reached in about one minute on foot, while the Palais des Festivals is around twenty minutes away on foot.

Had a lovely 5 day stay with family. Was in a great location and villa was relaxing, private and spacious. The bikes were invaluable. Swimming pool was well maintained and cleaned during our stay. Great location and in walking distance to the centre of town and minutes to the beach. Would recommend to both friends and family.
