An independent studio, accessible through the garage, offers additional privacy with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The studio is equipped with a fan.
Outside, the landscaped garden opens onto several terraces ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The private swimming pool, secured with an alarm system, allows guests to enjoy sunny Riviera days in complete tranquility.
The beaches can be reached in about ten minutes by car, while the Palais des Festivals is approximately fifteen minutes away.

La villa est incroyable et le descriptif est très fidèle à la réalité. La vue est magnifique et les villas à proximité sont suffisamment éloignées pour ne pas avoir de gênes. Le niveau d'équipement est ok il y a même des jeux pour enfants pour la piscine. A noter un accès difficile: petite route étroite en mauvais état et extrêmement pentue qui ne conviendra pas à tout les types de véhicules (berlines basses peu puissantes)
