The apartment was excellent very clean and well-maintained. The only inconvenience was that the main gate doesn’t have a remote control. You have to get out of the car and tap the key manually on the device to open it. Also, if you’re expecting a delivery or ordering food, you have to go downstairs to open the door. A remote-access system would definitely improve the experience.
Mi estadía fue excelente. Muy bello el condominio, muy agradable el ambiente. Hay transporte público cerca pero hay que subir una pendiente importante y cuando hay que cargar paquetes y bolsas uno se cansa aún mas. Si tienen carro todo es mucho mas sencillo. La playa está bastante cerca y es una buena playa. La buscada de la llave me pareció un poco complicada, venía del aeropuerto de Cannes y hubo que llegar a una locación adicional que el destino final. Me pareció complicado tambien cada vez que nos traía un taxi había que subir, dejar las maletas o paquetes, bajar con el taxi para abrirle y luego subir a pie. Pero como dije anteriormente en línea general es una muy bella propiedad. Gracias
The place is charming, just keep in mind that the gate is not automatic for exiting. So if you take a ride-share, the driver will drop you off at the gate. If you have luggage, you can go up by car with the fob, drop off the luggage, and then go back down with the driver to open the gate for them with the fob, and walk back up. Be prepared to walk a lot.
We had a wonderful stay at Eden’s place. The apartment is beautiful and has everything we needed for our stay. Very clear communication and easy instructions. The apartment and residence is luxurious and was a great value for what we paid for. It’s a bit out of the city center but you’re in walking distance from the beach and the old town.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très agréable avec une belle et grande terrasse vue sur mer, au calme dans une magnifique résidence. Appartement très confortable. Très bien situé car à 5 min des plages en voiture. Possible d’y aller à pied mais grande montée pour rejoindre l’appartement. Agence réactive et présente sur Cannes pour toute question.
