Le quartier des plages du midi est un secteur touristique de Cannes très agréable. Il est situé juste après le vieux port, à deux pas du centre-ville et du Palais des Festivals. Son attractivité s’explique par l’accueil et la diversité des équipements et des activités proposées. On y trouve des plages privés et publiques, et de bons restaurants de plage et bord de mer à des prix accessibles. Vous pourrez également y pratiquer des sports nautiques comme le ski nautique, wakeboard, ou parachute ascensionnel.
Il est idéal pour les vacanciers (2 minutes à pied des plages) ainsi que pour les congressistes (21 minutes à pied du Palais des Festivals).

Rymlig fin och välutrustad lägenhet med stor kyl och frys och all köksutrustning som man behöver. Lägenheten stämmer väl överens med beskrivningen, härlig balkong med fin havsutsikt. 5 min promenad till havet med fin sandstrand, 10 min promenad till en välsorterad Aldi affär och 15-20 min promenad till stadskärnan med restauranger och butiker. Kort sagt ett väldigt fint och geografiskt bra boende i Cannes. Rekommenderas!
Would definitly book this one again. 2min to the Beach, 5min to the Aldi Supermarket. Nice balcony. 20min to Cannes city by foot.
Super Lage 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand .Nach einen Parkplatz muss man ein wenig suchen haben aber immer einen gefunden. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten an die Croisette. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße, also sollte man damit rechnen das es ein wenig lauter ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten gelegen, dort ist es wesentlich ruhiger. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und das Feuerwerk am 08.08. 2023 konnte man vom Balkon aus fantastisch verfolgen.
What we liked: - very close to the beach ~3 min by walking. I think one of the best beach in Cannes, as there are not many people. - just in front of the house there is a buss station, with any buss you can go to the city center and they are passing by like every 2-3 min. - amazing view from a balcony what we didn't like: - too complicated check in system. The key have to be picked up from the office or box in the city center. - no air conditioning in apartment which we accepted, but at least there should be fan in every room. We had only one fan the first night and it was impossible to sleep in such heat. Agency promised to bring another one on day 2 but didn't bring it. On day 3 we got second fan and had to buy 3d fan ourselves as we were using 3 rooms.
