It is composed of a large and bright living room with sea view, 2 bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms with hill view. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this airy and bright apartment also has a common parking space in a secure residence with electric gate.
This small haven of peace of 100 m² has wide open views overlooking the beautiful palm trees and pines of the Residence and the sea and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is ideally located in the Saint Nicolas district, which includes some of the most important places in Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 6 min by car, 10 min by bus and 11 min by foot.
- Beaches: 5 min by car, 12 min by bus and 13 min by foot.
- Supermarket : 4 min by car, 11 min by bus and 15 min by foot.
- Restaurants / bars : 3 min by car, 4 to 10 min by foot
- Cannes train station : 7 min by foot
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection and air conditioning in the living room.

The apartment is lovely, and has plenty of space for your family. In 10min walk you are at the beach. The only problem was the old neighbors. We were with our one-year-old child and the neighbors complained that they could hear the child running around the apartment, although we tried to explain to them that it is difficult to explain to a small child to stay chill, they rang the bell and complained to the landlord.
Acojedora y espaciosa casa, muy luminosa, con vistas de la ciudad y a 8 minutos del centro de Cannes a pie. Durante los meses de invierno, el nivel de confort es muy mejorable (calefacción baja y poca agua caliente para tres huéspedes).
Nel complesso bene, tuttavia, per raggiungere la casa a piedi ci sono sali e scendi, lo scarico del lavandino del bagno con vasca non defluisce bene, i condizionatori sono molto rumorosi, assenza di luce nel cortile dove si parcheggia l'auto,. Infine, c'è la lavatrice ma non c'è lo stendino per i panni da asciugare.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem großen, gut klimatisierten Appartement. Die Lage war top und der Parkplatz für das Auto sehr praktisch. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Es war etwas wenig Klopapier, Küchenrolle und weitere Kleinigkeiten vorhanden.

Top Lage. Dir Kommunikation war einwandfrei und deutlich. Die Unterkunft sieht in Wirklichkeit genauso aus wie auf den angegeben Fotos. Top Ausstattung. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!

Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Einkaufsstraße und zur Strandpromenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 8 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
L'unica piccola difficoltà è che non era specificato dall'inizio che la chiave dell'appartamento al check-out doveva essere lasciata sul tavolo, ma dalle prime istruzioni ricevute sembrava che la procedura per il check-out era uguale a quella del check-in (e quindi la chiave dell'appartamento doveva essere riposta nella cassetta postale). La comunicazione di lasciare la chiave sul tavolo l'abbiamo ricevuta quando gli ospiti hanno anticipato la partenza la sera prima. Comunque sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.
Logement grand et propre dans un quartier calme avec une petite vue sur la mer. Hôte très réactif.
This home was beautiful and very comfortable and as shown in the photos. The only thing I would improve is that they had a bit better wifi. Otherwise all was great and they were extremely helpful at the end of the stay when I left something inside !
