We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment!😍 Perfect for our family with an own bathroom in every bedroom, and a large and open kitchen/ living room with enough space to have a cosy breakfast🥐Love the high ceiling and large windows. Perfect balcony for a morning coffee with the best views! ☕️GREAT location close to everything- cafe’s, old town, restaurants, beach, shopping! Really good sound isolation in the apartment. Minus for fried fish smell from the McCafe into the hallway/ in windows, and some noise from the road/yatch festival - but didn’t bother us too much! Highly recommend for a big group looking for a fantastic holiday🌟🌟

Magnifique appartement avec une vu incroyable sur le port, la mer et la grande roue de Cannes. Tout est accessible à pied avec beaucoup de restaurants, super marché, boutique etc… l’appartement est très lumineux, très bien entretenue et tout était facile comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement. Contact très facile avec l’agence qui s’occupe du logement. Je recommande à 100%
Amazing location on the pier, walkable to beaches in both directions and right in all the action. Probably one of the only 4 bedroom/4 bathroom accommodations you’ll find in the area. Seems like each person has their apartment so that’s nice if you need space. The cleaning fee of 350 euros seems a little unreasonable as the space is not that big. On top of that, they try to make you give a cleaning deposit for checking out of 30 euros, which is absurd IMO. I’ve never seen that in my 2 years of staying in 50+ airbnbs around the world, and would think it’s against policy to accept money outside of airbnb. Maybe I’m wrong. Overall, a pleasant stay for a visit to Nice.
We had a lovely stay! The apartment was incredibly clean and in a prime location, right in town. The Immogroom hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!
