Rue d'Antibes is undoubtedly the main shopping street in Cannes. Parallel to the Croisette, this street is home to all kinds of shops.
The Gambetta market, near the station, offers fruits and vegetables from the region, as well as clothes, shoes and accessories.
It is ideal for delegates (11 minutes on walk from the Palais des Festivals) and for touristes (1 minutes on walk from the beaches).

Fantastic apartment - of particular note was the view from the balcony looking out over the sea and the beach. The location was also excellent, five minutes walk away from central Cannes meaning that the area was quiet but it was very easy to get into the centre itself. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family who want to visit Cannes!
The location is incredible - very close to the beach, great beach clubs, and waterfront restaurants, and amazingly also across the street from Old Town (accessible by stairs, or walking around the block). The apartment was clean and had a terrific view from the balcony. It's on the top floor of the building with a small but fast and reliable elevator. Great place.
Lovely apartment in the heart of Le Suquet on the top floor with a good sized balcony (so sun through the day). Friendly staff managed check in and good communication throughout. Direct beach access was another highlight. Would stay again, thank you!
This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Cannes, the view is amazing and it is so peaceful sitting on the balcony. You are only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square with lively streets and restaurants. We would 100% rebook this apartment if we return to Cannes.
Amazing view
Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony, was so nice to sleep listening to the waves crashing. It was nice to have coffee supplied and Coffee machine for the morning, we just went downstairs to the bakery and had breakfast on the balcony. Apartment was spotless and so close to everything. I will be back for sure.
Eine tolle saubere Wohnung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Fantastische Aussicht und das Rauschen des Meeres. Leider kein Parkplatz.

Great view and only a short walk to the beach and all the attractions of Cannes. Would recommend for a beach trip or short visit.
Nous y avons passé une semaine en vacances. La localisation des lieux est excellente, tout se fait à pieds. A 2 minutes de l’effervescence de la Croisette mais avec du calme, c’est tout simplement génial ! Des petits commerce de proximité pour courses rapides sont accessibles, ce qui est un plus à l’arrivée. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer de la petite terrasse, idéale pour les petits déjeuners et apéro. Le logement est bien tenu, tout est simple et propre et il dispose d’une configuration optimisée pour la taille modeste des lieux. La salle de bain est rénovée et moderne et des serviettes et draps supplémentaires sont remis ainsi que du savon. La plage est en face, accessible par une sortie du sous-sol de l’immeuble, c’est parfait ! Excellente communication avec l’hôte, très accommodate. Nous recommandons et bon rapport qualité prix !

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war fantastisch. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – zentral und dennoch ruhig, mit allem, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ideal für Entspannung und Erkundungen! Die Sauberkeit war makellos, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, ordentlich und einladend – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Insgesamt eine rundum perfekte Erfahrung. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!
