This 36m² 2-room apartment is located in the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a nice living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Beautiful decoration modern and bright.

Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se avessero sistemato il condizionatore che era estremamente rumoroso. Per il resto che dire? Posizione ottima, tutto da poter raggiungere a piedi. Mai preso i mezzi. Piccola via tranquilla senza alcun rumore. La casa ottima. Potrebbero aggiungere solo qualche cosa in più tipo zucchero, sale almeno per le prime necessità. Per il resto tutto ok.
Die Lage ist top, das Appartement sehr schön eingerichtet und üppig ausgestattet, schade, dass dann so Kleinigkeiten nicht passen (Küchenutensilien, die in der Beschreibung angeführt waren, haben gefehlt - kann man natürlich selbst kaufen). Es wirkte auch sehr sauber - schade, dass die zentimeterdicke Staubschicht am Kühlschrank, am Dunstabzug usw. nicht entfernt wurde. Kann man natürlich schnell selbst erledigen, trübt aber das Gesamtbild. Der check in war nicht möglich, da wir keinen Code zur Tür hatten, die Gastgeberin hat auf keine einzige Mail geantwortet und war auch telefonisch nie erreichbar. Im benachbarten Restaurant wurde uns dann geholfen. War etwas mühsam, hat unsere Urlaubsstimmung aber nicht getrübt. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen eine Top Adresse in Cannes und sehr empfehlenswert!

こちらの場所は、旧市街の中で、散策は、もちろん、近くにレストランばかりが並ぶ道の近くだったりと非常に、滞在しやすい場所でした。キッチンは、大きく、食器や、鍋などもあり非常に滞在しやすく、また、お部屋のインテリアもオシャレで良かったです。旧市街内では、エレベーターがない部屋が多いですが、こちらは、エレベーターがあり、子連れでも楽でした。また、ベビーベッドをレンタルできたのでも良かったです。ただ、部屋の床や水場は埃っぽく、まず部屋に着いてから床掃除をしたりしたのは、気分よくなかったです。また、鍵が、所定の場所になく、ホストに連絡してからやっと連絡がつき、鍵を持ってきてくれましたが、長旅で、さらに待たせられたのは、きつかったです。あと、予約したベビーベッドが、当日に部屋になく、翌日に運ばれて、事前にお知らせもなく、不親切に感じました。最初のトラブルを、除けば、まあまあ満足な滞在でした。
Great location just minutes from the beach. Even though the very popular restaurant downstairs was humming in the evening, the apartment was quiet through the night. There are lots of fabulous restaurants near by and wonderful shopping in the centre, including the produce market which is open every day. The old city is delightful and the apartment well cited to feel at home in the area. Definitely recommend.
A lovely apartment conveniently located close to sandy beaches and great restaurants in the heart of the old town of Cannes. The host was highly accommodating and provided precise answers and instructions when needed throughout the entire stay. Perfect for a week's holiday on the beautiful French Riviera 🙂

The stay was really nice, we returned after a great experience from the last year. It is a very walkable distance to the Croisette, it is comfortable and has everything you need.
