L'année dernière j'avais pris un appartement au troisième qui m'avait beaucoup plus. Cette année j'ai pris le même mais avec une terrasse en plus ! Donc c'est encore mieux. Je viens avec mes enfants pour le tournois d'Echecs de Cannes et ce logement nous convient parfaitement. Bien situé dans le quartier du Suquet (vielle ville en hauteur proche du chateau), très calme, avec une superbe vue, très bien équipé. L'équipe Immogroom est très réactive. J'espère revenir l'année prochaine !
We had an amazing stay, thank you Eden! The property was as described, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning!! The area was amazing, lots of great bars and restaurants, small shop nearby for every day needs and a great patisserie at the bottom of the hill!! The streets around the property were beautiful, very quiet and peaceful but within a minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Cannes. Would highly recommend!

Lägenheten är belägen på en mycket charmig plats med vacker omgivning. Utsikten från verandan är fantastisk och vi njöt an att sitta på balkongen. Allt som behövdes för bekvämlighet finns i lägenheten. Värden var mycket behjälplig och svarade snabbt.

We stayed at this apartment back in ‘23 and when we were planning our visit and saw it was available, we jumped on it. Located in the Suquet, it is convenient to the beach, Croisette, Marche and many restaurants. It’s also nice and quiet. The view from the balcony is wonderful with a combination of the Med, the Esterels, Bord de Mer and the hillside above Cannes. Excellent view to enjoy with a coffee or a meal. The bathroom has everything you would need and the bed is very comfortable. If you like cooking — and we do — the kitchen has every device you need to prepare a meal. All in all, a very nice place that we would be happy to return to!!
