L’appartement est bien plus vieillot que sur les photos. Interrupteur lampadaire cassé, cabine de douche minuscule avec rideau de douche dont la propreté laisse franchement à désirer…idem pour l’alese du lit : cheveux et poils dessus. Le propriétaire est resté 10j sans répondre concernant internet qui ne fonctionnait pas. La terrasse a une vue magnifique mais équipements vieillots, ne pas avoir le vertige avec le garde-corps totalement transparent. Cuisine d’un autre temps et lit 1er prix dur comme du bois. Points forts : vue exceptionnelle, emplacement calme et proche du centre, parking très pratique et agence Immogroom très réactive et très aimable. Bref, je recommande pour 2 ou 3j mais pas plus, et je recommande Immogroom.

Comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. Additional bonuses - parking (very convenient for a small or medium car) and a closed front door with an elevator. There is a bus stop nearby, 10 minutes walk to the market, 15 minutes to the station, there are grocery stores nearby. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, we had no problems with the Internet.

The flat was nice, great view from the terrace, great shower, sofa and bed, kitchen has all necessities. Some furniture was very old, new dining chairs unstable to sit on, but the agent was on hand in order to assist. Booking, key collection etc was very much automatic keys collected at the agency, not at the property, but the flat was only 15min walk for key collection, based on instructions. Many Terms & Conditions in the Agency contract generate additional costs, so make sure not to breech any, you will be charged extras for everything. The flat also had dishwasher and washing machine that I didn't use. It is great to be only 15 min to a market, le Suquet, shops, restaurants and the centre of Cannes, as well as the beach! I would recommend this property and would like to come back again.
