The flat was nice, great view from the terrace, great shower, sofa and bed, kitchen has all necessities. Some furniture was very old, new dining chairs unstable to sit on, but the agent was on hand in order to assist. Booking, key collection etc was very much automatic keys collected at the agency, not at the property, but the flat was only 15min walk for key collection, based on instructions. Many Terms & Conditions in the Agency contract generate additional costs, so make sure not to breech any, you will be charged extras for everything. The flat also had dishwasher and washing machine that I didn't use. It is great to be only 15 min to a market, le Suquet, shops, restaurants and the centre of Cannes, as well as the beach! I would recommend this property and would like to come back again.
Appartement lumineux, agréable et très propre, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un excellent séjour.

Bel appartement avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Parking auto dans la résidence est un plus . Bien situé pour aller au bord de mer et vraiment proche du centre ville sans subir les inconvénients. Le convertible est un peu usé niveau couchage. Le quartier est calme mais les fenêtres sont juste côté isolation et insonoritation .
Tämän parempaa sijaintia ei olisi voinut löytää. Asunnolta oli lyhyt matka keskustaan, ravintoloihin, rantaan, rautatieasemalle ja ostoksille. Arvostimme myös rauhallisuutta: alueella sekä rakennuksessa oli rauhallista. Parveke oli tilava, ja sieltä oli upeat näkymät merelle. Asunto oli pääosin siisti (lattiat, kylpyhuone, keittiö, jääkaappi jne.), mutta vähitellen huomio kiinnittyi muutamaan kohtaan, joita ei ilmeisesti siivota kovinkaan usein: esimerkiksi makuuhuoneessa sängyn päädyssä olevan tason ja seinän välissä oli melko paksulti pölyä. Myös huoneissa olevat tuulettimet kaipaisivat imurointia - muuten niitä ei tee mieli käynnistää. Pieni satsaus parvekkeen kalustukseen lisäisi viihtyisyyttä. Sijainti ja näkymät korvasivat pikku puutteet siisteydessä muutaman päivä oleskelun aikana.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert +super Aussicht vom Balkon +reichhaltig ausgestattete Küche +fußläufig zur Innenstadt +gute Busanbindung +Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt nur ein paar Straßen weiter +freundliches Viertel +schnelles WLAN, moderner Fernseher +sehr zuverlässiger Kontakt -Zwar ruhiges Viertel, durch schlecht isolierte Fenster reicht jedoch ein lautes Moped, um die Ruhe beträchtlich zu stören. Noch ein Tip zum Schluss: Je nachdem, von wo Sie kommen, denken Sie daran, dass die französischen Steckdosen einen Pin in der Mitte haben. Eine mitgebrachte Verteilerdose hilft hier weiter 🙂

The view from the terrace is beautiful! Perfect to enjoy the sun and eat breakfast. The apartment has enough space and light. I enjoyed my stay.

Bon apparemment dans l’ensemble.
Good accommodation, pleasant location and wonderful ocean views. It was a little disappointing that there were problems with the light (there was one tiny lamp in the bedroom, the second did not work). But in general, it’s a good place for your vacation

Comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. Additional bonuses - parking (very convenient for a small or medium car) and a closed front door with an elevator. There is a bus stop nearby, 10 minutes walk to the market, 15 minutes to the station, there are grocery stores nearby. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, we had no problems with the Internet.
