We spent three weeks in this apartment. The location is good, just a short walk to the city center, and the groceries store is just behind the corner. The parking is good. The apartment was renovated quite some time ago, so it already has some small defects here and there. The kitchen appliances were quite poor, everything is in fair condition. When we arrived the floor was dirty and we had to contact the host, luckily they quickly ordered the cleaning. Perhaps the biggest downside was the bad smell in the shower. It was present almost everyday so the door to the shower had to be closed all the time and overall use of the bathroom was not pleasant. During cleaning they tried to clean it but it didn't help, seems that the problem is much bigger. One thing which helped is covering the shower drain with a towel. The flat is fine for a short stay but not for a long stay until above mentioned issues are resolved.

Spacious Apartment with accurate pictures and description. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Also located well; close to a supermarket, one of the best bakeries along the SOF, train station & shopping. Only issue was the bathroom drain smell but is something that is common with older buildings and plumbing. Great stay and would come back again!
Great crash pad for a couple of people For the film festival- quick 12 min walk to Palais, easy to get into and lovely sun balcony that gets the sun later in the day. Good value deal and was clean. Thanks for a fun stay. Matt and Greg
Am ersten Abend gab es leider nur kaltes Wasser, nach Rücksprache mit der Gastgeberin wurde erklärt , dass der Boiler eine Weile braucht , um warm zu werden . Das war nicht so toll , da wir nach der langen Anreise nicht den ganzen Abend warten wollten, um duschen zu können. Im Endeffekt gab es warmes Wasser erst am Morgen des nächsten Tages. Wir würden uns wünschen , dass solche Kleinigkeiten mehr beachtet werden , da dies den Ersteindruck verschlechtert hat .
Bel appartement avec une belle déco, dans une résidence calme. Je suis satisfaite de cette location.

Die Wohnung ist renoviert und ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir waren froh um den eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, weil in der Hochsaison in Cannes mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein und einen Parkplatz zu finden nicht ganz einfach ist. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten bei der Croisette und 100m von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein grösseres Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ein Restaurant mit einer schönen Gartenwirtschaft ist um die Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief via Self-Check-in ohne Probleme.

Very tasteful, building was a bit dated for price and was a bit further away, but it was a high demand week so price was higher than usual.
