The district of the beaches of the South is a very pleasant tourist sector of Cannes. It is located just after the Old Port, close to the city center and the Palais des Festivals.
Its attractiveness is explained by the welcome and the diversity of the proposed equipments and activities.
There are private and public beaches, and good beach and seaside restaurants at affordable prices. You can also practice water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or parasailing.
It is ideal for conventioneers (13 minutes drive from the Palais des Festivals), as well as for vacationers (1 minute walk from the beaches).
3 bus lines take you directly to the center of Cannes (1,2 and A)

Appartement idéalement placé pour le Festival de Cannes avec une merveilleuse vue. Merci
L'appartement correspond parfaitement à mes attentes, avec une magnifique terrasse offrant une jolie vue. L'endroit est calme et paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Il y a de nombreux rangements, l'appartement est très fonctionnel et spacieux. La literie est propre et confortable, bien que le lit du salon grince légèrement. À noter : l'accès à la plage comprend quelques marches. Le seul point négatif que j'aimerais mentionner, c'est que pour qu'on nous dépose les clés directement à l'appartement, il fallait payer un supplément de 49€. J'aurais apprécié que ce service soit inclus sans frais supplémentaires.
Apparemment très propre, pieds dans l’eau, une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Je recommande. Et nous reviendrons.

Highlights: - Phänomenaler Blick aus dem 10. Stockwerk auf das Meer und den Kern von Cannes - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation der Gastgeber - Viel Platz mit wunderschöner Terasse Hinweise für Gäste: - Servietten/Soft-Tücher sind keine Vorhanden - Zwei Rollen Klopapier für 4 Tage ist zu wenig - Das Geschirr war bei Ankunft schmutzig - Waschmittel mitbringen - Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Durchschlafen nicht möglich, da die Türen keinerlei Schallschutz bieten. Hier macht es Sinn über Schallisolierung an den Türen nachzudenken - Klopapier Rollen, Servietten, Waschmittel für 4-5€ Investition sollten drin sein 🙂 - Klopapierhalter und Handtuchhalter installieren Fazit: Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage und mit wahnsinnig gutem Blick. Für Leute, die in der Nacht trotz höherem Lärmpegel gut schlafen können, optimal geeignet. Liebe zum Detail wie oben beschrieben würde die Unterkunft abrunden. Gut gemeinte 4 von 5 Punkte 🙂 Vielen Dank

Beautiful place and close to everything
Our stay was great. The place was spacious, tidy, and the location was very central to all the coastal towns we wanted to see. The view was incredible as well. The place didnt disappoint. We will definitely be back.
Very nice apartment.. All high quality equipment. spectacular view. We were there for the new year's eve. There was no need to go anywhere outside to enjoy the fireworks. Covered parking is a little narrow for big cars, but there are few open parkings outside (not reserved) but still inside the property.

Location is great, gorgeous view with nice little beach downstair. The apartment is bright, well maintained and convenient. The terrasse, view and carpark are definitely a plus. I recommend. Then on the other side the owner gives you choice of multiple check-in choice, pick up keys downtown (free) or having someone at the appartment giving you the keys (50 euros)... For check-out you are require to take your garbage downstair, run the washing machine etc... on top of what you pay for the apartment cleaning. I found check-in and check-out very restrictive, never seen this on any airbnb rented in the past.
Great place with amazing views! Easy access to TER trains from the Cannes La Bocca station just two minutes away and the Palm Bus for local buses right in front of the apartment complex. Highly recommend!
Everything about this place was great and accurate. Fantastic views, easy apartment living, great space, all amenities that were listed. Two things that are not reflective of the space itself but good to know for those traveling in the future. 1 - if you are checking in after hours, be sure to get instructions well in advance as you need to go to a security box off premise to collect the keys. From what I've learned, this is totally normal in Cannes, but be prepared for an extra stop and have your instructions in hand. 2 - the parking spot is a little challenging to get into (it's like a storage unit) and not great for anything but a small car. Other than that, terrific location, great space, clean and very easy spot to get around from.
